2025 Sierra EV Basics and New Features

The 2025 Sierra EV light-duty electric pickup truck first debuted in 2024 and features a crew cab with seating for up to five people combined with a cargo bed just under six feet long. The range-topping Denali trims were the first to go on sale, with the base Elevation and off-road-ready AT4 trims following close behind. The luxurious Denali now comes in a more affordable Extended Range option, as well as the Max Range for the best available performance.

Upgrades to the Denali trims for 2025 include remote automatic parking, a 5G connection, and new exterior paint colors, including Onyx Black, Summit White, Moonlight Matte, and Deep Ocean Metallic.

Electrified Power

Motors in the front and rear give the 2025 Sierra EV Denali powerful all-wheel drive, a combined 754 horsepower, and up to 785 pound-feet of torque. With Max Power mode, it can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in under 4.5 seconds, complementing its capability with thrilling speed. The maximum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds makes it perfect for heavy jobs or recreational activities. The regenerative braking system enables one-pedal driving and helps recoup battery power.

With the Max Range battery pack, you won’t need to worry about stopping to charge in the middle of your day, thanks to a driving range up to 460 miles on a single charge. At fast-charging stations with 350-kW power, the battery can regain around 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes, so you won’t have to wait long to get back on the road when the battery level starts to run low.

Extra Storage

In the absence of a gasoline engine, the 2025 Sierra EV makes use of the space under the hood by providing a front truck for extra hidden storage. A midgate function is also available to expand the bed into the cabin when you need to haul items longer than the standard bed length.
