I cant express in words how helpful, and pleasant the whole experience was dealing with the entire group. Explained the issue of noise under the car and explained that it was an easy fix and that all other undercarriage components were in excellent condition and as soon as they replaced the defective part that everything would be in working order. Also had oil change and tire rotation. Noticed that the door button would not open the door unless I used the key fob. Not sure what has happened for other than the service for oil change and repair of undercarriage item then resetting of the oil percentage control nothing else was done. Still having to use the key fob to open door and may go to settings and reset to factory settings to see if this corrects the problem.

I hit a deer, we drove the truck when my engine light came on in the dash and the oil gauge started moving. The truck was taken to Dutch miller, I asked for deep diagnostic. I spoke to Drew at least three times with my request that i needed for my insurance company. What I got back was a statement on my bill that said “Minor Diagnosis” and short sentence stating 1. Full of oil full of coolant no leaks. Let truck run for a bit. Ok I paid 171.53 for that which is not a deep diagnostic. Talked to Drew again and where is the report what was listed on the bill is the report. I asked to speak to the Manager Mike about what is this, service checked the oil, coolant and let the truck run for a bit. Is this what I paid 171.53 for, Drew could have explained what they really did. I will not go back to Dutch Miller for service nor will I buy another vehicle from them.

I came into your dealership looking for a bigger car. Ended up with a GMC Acadia. I was skeptical of the size but thought I would get used to it. My salesman, John Forinash, sensed my worry I guess because he continued to correspond with me weekly after the sale. I was still not super comfortable in the vehicle after several weeks, so he urged me to come in and talk with him and maybe look at the next size down. He said he wanted me to be happy with my purchase and would do whatever he could to ensure that I was. I went and talked with him, looked at a few other vehicles, and left there with a 2026 GMC Terrain. I am much more comfortable driving, love the color, and could not be more pleased.

Mechanic left grease all over my drivers seat. Why don't you cover leather seats like other dealers do? It was 0730 on a Monday morning, why wasn't he wearing a clean uniform? He left my screen on a maint. mode and I like to never got it back to normal. If I ask questions about the screen, I'm told to watch you tube for an answer. Your staff act like they're doing me a favor. Not very verbal when asked a question. A poor atmosphere. I had a fog light not working previously and the mechanic just installed a whole new fixture, and when it didn't fix it, said the cable harness was bad. I asked if he checked to see if it had power on it and he just said no. The wiring harness was replaced with labor almost 5 times the cost of the cable. I took the old cable and had it checked. It could have been easily repaired. It is a shame all we seem to have to day is parts changers for trouble shooters. I'm a retired Air Line Pilot and I don't take lightly mechanics like this after my 30 years of dealing with aircraft maint. I bought my Yukon from you and was considering trading up to a Denali but it is unlikely I will do further business with your facility. I'm used to a friendlier atmosphere that wants it's customers to come back. My money spends anywhere. You will find out eventually that it is easier to keep a customer than get a new one in the door. I don't think Dutch Miller ran his original business like this model. He being a pilot in WWII and knowing what proper maint. meant along with people having an attitude of pleasing a customer. On a friendlier note. Your parts room people are friendly and accommodating. Hats off to them.

Everyone we worked with was professional and pleasant. Our vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. We were disappointed that our 23 GMC Terrain had to have the windshield fluid pump replaced at such a high price. We were not expecting that at all. We've had 10-12 year old vehicles that never had that issue. Very disappointing on a fairly new top of the line vehicle.

This is the second time I brought my 2024 GMC Sierra into the dealership for an automatic transmission shutter. The first time a diagnostic update was done, didn't help the shutter. The second visit, a transmission fluid change was performed, still has the cab rattling shutter. I'm going to contact the dealership again for the next step resolution.

I went to the Beckley Automall for an oil change and tire rotation for Tuesday, April 21st. The staff, as usual, were superb. However, as soon as I pulled off of your lot, I could hear a sound from my tire and feel a sensation in my steering. Unfortunately, I didn't think enough of it to return to the dealership. On the morning of Wednesday, April 22nd, I was about to pick up my mom for an appointment when I found that my right front tire pressure was 8 psi. As I was inflating the tire, I noticed a large machine screw with a washer attached stuck in my tread about an inch from the sidewall. Once the tire was inflated to 25 psi, I drove the 10-minutes to my mom's, and the pressure was down to 17. Things just went downhill from there. We cancelled her appointment as we were heading in that direction because the pressure dropped to 6 psi. I called your service department, and was told to bring it right in. I got the pressure up to about 20 psi and drove the 5 minutes to the lot. Once there, I explained that I could not verify that the puncture occurred while on your lot the day before, but it seemed like a strange coincidence. The result was that they put my spare tire on and ordered a matching tire: final cost - $232.53. No further mention of the screw and washer was made, but I truly believe it happened on the dealership lot or in the service area. While this won't change my loyalty to your organization, it does bring into question your dedication to customer satisfaction.

Scheduled service appointment to assess engine light issue. Upon completion of fuel pressure sensor replacement, had to return to service center immediately because engine light remained on, which was diagnosed for fuel pump replacement. My vehicle should not have been released to me with the engine light still on, for any reason. And, apparently the technician did not test drive the vehicle to see if the light would reset on its own. In this particular case, research shows it is usual practice to check the fuel pump and the pressure sensor during either procedure to remedy one or the other, which was not done. Although no damage or harm has (thus far) resulted, hopefully this can serve as a training reminder.
